Divergences are my Bread-and-Butter trading signals.
Divergences lead to reversals of down trends - Price makes a lower low
while indicators print a higher low at the same time.
Often they present opportunities to enter positions below a trend line before price breaks out.
Other times entries can be made after the divergence, after price breaks the trend and then Re-Tests that area.
Divergences are often very obvious...and often form simultaneously on multiple time frames
Again two time frames but the same signals show on both charts.
